I am so tired of everybody making excuses. The mother may have been a victim, the father had a drug problem. The only true victims are the innocent children. And as for Lambofgoth, you have issues. The more and more God is removed from our lives the more chaotic our lives become. I have lived 50 years and have seen the downfall of society and as for the authorities protecting the children, the parents need to. Stop having babies when you don't have the means or maturity to raise them to be good human beings. When ever anyone even mentions God or Christianity vile cruel things are said.

Nisha: yes, it is partially the mother's fault. Chandler was arrested previously for domestic battery and other crimes. The mother knowingly put her *** life above the safety of her children by being with this creep. That happens far too often and it needs to change. Women who put up with this sort of thing are partially to blame for the consequences to themselves and to their children.

I don't know why this shocks me beyond words...how can we, as a society, put so little value on life?? This just breaks my heart...to think that a father could stab his infant son in the back and throw him out the window like garbage...and the police are looking for a MOTIVE...there is NO motive for a 30 yr old man stabbing an 11 mo baby.

What in blazes was the Mother doing with this worthless piece of trash...especially with his record and his assault against her. My heart breaks for this young baby. I don't believe the article said if the 5 yr old in the car was a brother. The authorities need to protect these children since it is obvious the parents don't give a ***...My hope and prayer is that this young boy recovers from this horrific assault and that he will be placed with people that will love and protect him.
