He's been in prison before and obviously likes it there. You would be surprised what goes on in there. Guards look the other way...

The man has never been convicted of a violent crime, only minor offenses. This woman is apparently not the most stable and she has accused him of violence before and it didn't stick (note "alleged" not "convicted"). A crime takes place at her place and she says he did it and left...

Maybe he did it, maybe not. But if you are ready to kill him based on this, you are the real scum.

Don't be so quick to think he will be taken care of in prison. If I understand correctly, the one thing prisoners do not like is another prisoner who has abused children. Although teh reference is mainly toward sexual abuse, I think they will still give him the treatment he "deserves."

It is a shame he didn't get shot trying to escape after he was arrested. So much money could have been saved. Hoping he is taken care of in prison is just that. Hope. this evil man kicked her in the head and body in 2005 and yet she obviously stayed the realtionship and had a baby by him? girl, what's wrong with you? i'm definitely not blaming her for this horrible incident, but my heavens - she should have gotten away from him for good in 2005.
