Where was/is the mother (birth), grandparents, aunts, uncles? Anyone who could've/should've helped this little girl and her brother, God knows what they have done to him already!! What about neighbors? You can't keep children inside forever, people do, go outside!! Someone had to see something!! That is really sad, when people don't stand up for children!! These 2 monsters are to blame for what happened, but the community should take a stand to not turn our heads. If someone or something doesn't look or feel right, SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
If they never let her outside of the aparment, I am soo sorry that she never had a chance to get saved from those monsters!!!

These two should not be called the little girls parents, it takes more than DNA to make a parent. I have a son who will be 4 in 2wk's, I could NEVER harm him for anything that he does. Children are soo much fun, especially at this age. I will pray for her brother. These 2 have proven that anyone who harms children needs to be neutered and tortured. The exact same way, beaten, shocked, biten. But do it slowly and don't kill them right away (that's too easy).
