Go ahead and blame the movies, video games; etc., etc. etc, however it is the collective consciousness of a majority that crave *** and violence.

This is a part of Eurocentric socialization that has bred individuals like Hitler, Stalin, Charles Manson, Ted Bundy, the Okalahoma bomber, Columbine shooters, Scott Petersen, etc.

Gory movies and violent video games weren't around when Columbus landed on American soil and annihilated millions of Native Americans, nor was it around during the Civil War, WWI, or WWII, violence has been consumed by the collective consciousness of individuals white, black, Chinese, etc., in which European hegemony has been the forbearer of such gratuitous violence.

A majority screams tintinnabulations of vehemence and hatred towards the Arabs referencing them as savages, because they beheaded American soldiers and innocent civilians, which this act is of savagery, however, not one to talk, has committed similar acts of depravity.

Just like a majority caution blacks to stop blaming the white man for your misfortunes and failure to thrive, a majority needs to stop finding excuses for their blatant disregard for the welfare and safety of others including themselves.

We as a society have become numb to excess, whether it be the antics of a Britney, whether it be the allowance of people who don't speak our language, don't wish to be citizens,who come across our borders, and our elected representatives, mainly Liberals - moddycuddle and stick up for them much more than they would for American citizens.

We allow incompetents and flavors of the month to run for the Presidency of this nation, No Abe Lincolns on the horizon.

We tolerate the excesses of gratitious violence on tv and in the movies, and allowed an ex-President who lied - he did break the Law - but no one cared - to get away without being impeached. An ex-President who could have gotten Bin Laden if he wasn't so trapped by his own perversions. Our kids misbehave in school and can no longer think for themselves; the divorce rate is 50% because unlike our parents we choose not to perserve in a relationship.

And we choose to demand defeat instead of victory in wars.

We also allow people like this Grant to have celebrity status for their heinous deeds rather than executing them - and child, spouse and animal abusers, torturers, and killers - immediately.

In a nutshell, that is why we are where we are, and why we are going to hell in a handcart.

If.... If he is guity, what drove him to do this ? What responsibiliby does society have in the way we educate people ?
Are movies and TV to blame, in part at least ? There is so much violence highlighted on that overly long movie award shows that you have to wonder, what effect does the current "sawing" up movies have on our society ?

Just asking. We can not judge too fast without many questions about our media/ video games such as Starwarps / society/ economical relationships of men and women.

It was a tumah (tumor) No, I know why he REALLY did it; she had a bigger one than him, I mean salary wise, that is. If he is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt,they should blindfold him, take him out in the middle of nowhere, preferably where the wild life is abundant, such as bears and strip him down and turn him loose, or take him out on an ice flow and let him paddle back to shore. I'm sure there are zillions of attorney's out there just chomping at the bit to defend this wackjob, I wonder how it will go? Another bizarre thing here is, what if he DIDN'T do it?
