Gay or straight is something you are or are not. There is no "counseling" that can change a gay man into a straight man. Sexual orientation just doesn't work like that. These religious concentration camps can scare a gay man into not having gay *** any longer, but he is still gay. A gay man is a gay man even if he never once has *** with another man, just like a hetero man is a hetero man even if he never has *** with a woman (Priests, etc).

Ted Haggard is a gay man. Always has been, so he always will be.
