I hope Raleigh is ready to settle all the lawsuits that will be coming their way, thanks to Nifong, and he should be prosecuted. From what is says here, someone apparently had s-e-x with the young woman, whether it was forced or not, we'll never know. But three youg men's lives are changed for ever due to a prosecutor that was seeking re-election and he played the race card pretty heavily to get re-elected, and that is criminal.

I thought you were innocent until proven guilty!
Whether or not all this happened - it hasn't been proven in a court of law.
Yet the lacross team has been already found guilty by association and these three men have had their life turned inside out and almost destroyed by the charges and the University's lack of respect for due process.
If the DA's office has been less than 100% with the defense - the case may be thrown out before it begins. If the women who complained has lied about other things, her testimony may never be believed.
Because of the excesses by the DA and the Prosecutor's office, the true may never come out.

This entire case was made up because of the politics of race and the election of the district attorney. he should be beaten from the state.

Why can't these three cretins (or their lawyers) wait until they get their day in court. All of this publicity will not make a dime's worth of difference in a trial.

We all know they're perfect angels who couldn't have possibly done anything wrong.
