It takes a coward like oommey to hide behind a computer screen and make ignorant comments. It's people like Ed Bradley that gives us some hope for humanity. Ed Bradley is someone to look up to. It is obvious that oommey has low self esteem and is jealous of Mr. Bradley even in death. What a shame. Get a life.

I am so shocked and saddened by the loss of Mr. Bradley. His style was so elegant and smooth and seemed like a regular smart guy. I think he was not as outspoken as the other reporters on 60 minutes and perhaps explained why he didn't seem to get as much notoriety, but then it could have also been the typical racial thing as well. He was such a role model for people, but specifically to African American people. My heart goes out to his family.

Words cannot express how truly saddened I was to hear of Mr. Bradley's passing. He was truly an intelligent gentleman who died too soon. Though his life on earth was brief, his legacy will remain with many for generations to come.

Ed Bradley was the epitome of journalism at its finest. I have been entralled and entertained by his professionalism, his smooth delivery of stories, his rapt interviews with everyone from the average person on the street to entertainers and world leaders. I have been a fan of Ed's since the Vietnam era. Ever the gentleman, he never failed to deliver the story honestly and fairly. In addition to excellent reporting skills, Ed was a wealth of knowledge out of the news arena when hosting Jazz at Lincoln Center. I learned much from him and, like millions more, will miss his indomitable presence and spirit. Yes, Ed, Saint Peter has welcomed you into the pearly gates but not just based on your Lena Horne story. That was just gravy. Thank you all the good you've done. America will miss you. Rest in peace, my friend. You have earned it. May God bless you!

Like so many people I love watching 60 minutes week after week, year after year. Ed Bradley had so many interesting and memorable interviews. He was just a pleasure to watch. I wish his family peace and we will all remember him in life and not in death. Thank you for the memories. Rest in peace

Ed Bradley was a gift to the American people. I will miss hearing and watching him. He always captured my attention with his magnetic and humble personality. I live just blocks from his college (Cheyney University) and oddly enough, I never realized he was a Philadelphian nor that he attended Cheyney. Thank you Ed Bradley, and I wish his family peace through this difficult time. He will be missed by all Americans and the world.
