Her efforts in the Middle East and the Palestine were a complete failure, but Israel would probably see them as a success. Iraq and Afghanistan will suffer for years from her neglect. During her watch, South America turned to a New World Order, that doesn%u2019t include the United States. Her efforts helping to organize the murderous attack on South Ossetia was a disaster. Her handling of missile bases in the Eastern Block puts us on the receiving end of a cold war revival. Her 1950%u2019s concept of Russia being the USSR destroyed our credibility with Russia and the world. The only areas where she did excel were as a lawyer for big oil, and a successful campaign to keep pump prices for gasoline in the stratosphere.

True. She also exhibited TERRIBLE judgment before her current job. She was the so-called "expert" on the Soviet Union who totally failed to see it''s collapse on the way. She was a cheerleader for the illegal war and is still in total denial about the fact that it is a moral and diplomatic disaster that occurred on her watch.

"The Legacy Of Condoleezza Rice":
She got on a plane. She had a meeting. She got back on the plane. Nothing happened.

That''s her legacy.

Rice is a legend in her own... this story reads like a typical D.C. resume: lots of flowery words, zero accomplishments.

Someone who has watched her closely called her "the photo-op secretary of state who chased illusions and worked hard at it." This person, who asked not to be identified, said "ninety percent of her events don%u2019t produce anything."

Gratefully, the rest of the world see''s Rice for what she really is. 9/11, two ill thought out and ill planned wars of forced occupation, let Osama get away at Bora Bora, Katrina disaster, asleep at the wheel in every major crisis, and she can not point to one single success in her time at State.

To paraphrase from a Knight''s Tale - "You have been measured, you have been tested and we have you unworthy of your self admiration!"

Chevron Rice is clearly a war criminal and part of the failed disastrous Bush Crime Family. I would like to see her go down in a hail of shoes as well.

Sad, ain''t it?

When the leadership of a nation such as the United States of America only gives themselves a couple of weeks at the end of their careers to ponder on how the world will view their actions?

Thought Sanford University was California''s equivalent of the east cost''s Ivy League...and yet their choice of Dr. Rice, post Shrub indicates otherwise.

The doctor, a Sovietologist missed the collapse of the Soviet Union, accepts half-truths or lies in place of accurate intelligence, and allowed her political aspirations to conspire to led the nation to an unjustified war in Iraq.

Removing a "tyrant" is tricking at best, and is best left to the oppressed...not some erstwhile hero to come liberate the peasants!

During world war I, the British thought they would be greeted as liberators when the liberated Mesopotamia from the Ottoman Empire...history has clearly demonstrated they were hailed as a lot of things, but not liberators...

Which, when one consider''s Cheney''s assertion that we would be hailed as liberators when we invaded Iraq was absolutely hysterical and tragically WRONG! Indeed, as Santayana predicted that THOSE WHO DON''T LEARN FROM HISTORY ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT (paraphrasing)...and repeat it we did (as in vomitted all over the place)!

And where was our beloved Condi -- why right in the middle of the pack of the MAYBERRY MACHIAVELLIANS.

If history is kind to Dr. Rice - it will merely treat her as a footnote in a bad chapter of U.S. history.
