Here's the deal. I won't ever provide you with any links/sources/facts on here ever again for you to read, because you aren't interested in facts. You are on here every day sphewing the same hateful garbage, and when numerous posters provide facts and sources to you, you always blow them off or attack the source itself.
Hence, there isn't one valid/good reason for me or anyone else to play this game with you, because the fact is, you will NEVER listen anyhow...

- The GOP has not been shy about seating activist republican judges on the Supreme Court...now that the American people have rejected the GOP agenda in election, there's no need to continue the practice of setting up a Kangaroo court. Many republicans try and argue that justices should be impartial, yet looking at the GOP picks of the recent past, we can certainly see that they've risen to the call of their GOP puppetmasters and are not afraid to throw the Constitution out the window when the verdicts might step on the toes of business or other traditional GOP campaign donor groups.
We need to seat progressive justices. It might not mean much when replacing Souter, but in a year or two when Thomas and Scalia go, replacing them with people who are not in the pocket of the GOP will be very important for the average US citizen. - Reply to this comment
