There is no war on terror.

Only a war on American Liberty.

And Bush and Obama are winning.

What did Fitzgerald deliver?- A single scapegoat who will soon be pardoned.
Eric Holders'' "suitably low profile" was nothing more than an avoidance of responsibility. Anyone of any character would have been much less "low profile" by speaking out.

Who wrote this right-wing piece of shlt essay? We don''t need to keep anyone who promoted or ignored Bush right-wing crimes or enabled the basstards. We need new names to make it a new game, you can keep your old allies, Karl.

Has Obama kept paying the Obamabots to incluence us? Reminds me of what happened in Germany in the early 30''s.

The time for devisiveness is over. The time for your ugliness has passed. This will not help your beloved.

It''s enough that the press controlled the election.

Now that Obama has won, you want to control and manage his decisions.

It''s time you reported the news instead of influencing the news. You report acurately, we evaluate and make our own decisions. Comprende''?

Judge Joe Brown would make a great selection as Supreme Court Judge. He would add ''gravitos'' to Obama.

Get a grip cbsispravda!

I switched from Democrat to Republican many years ago. I voted for Reagan and hadn''t changed until this year. I used to love the values the party represented. But this year I took a long look at my views. I have endorsed several presidents based on their abortion stance. I realized however that not one abortion has been stopped in my lifetime because a Republican was in office. While I am very much against abortion, selecting a president based on this belief unfortunately isn''t saving lives. There have been however over 4000 troops killed in a senseless war. Many people have been maimed as well. Where is the cry for them? I think that the Republican party can take a page from the textbook of the Democrats. Make Newt Gingrich, Rush Limbaugh and all of the other yesteryear Republicans sit down and shut up like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton did. Find someone with a fresh approach with new ideas to lead the party. Then I will vote Republican again. Stop acting like the Republican party are the only ones with brains. Do you want to fix OUR (republican) issues or not? Pointing fingers at the other party has not solved anything. That''s why McCain is McGone!

Actually America died when the (un) "Patriot" Act was passed in 2003 after the attack on 911 that was allowed to happen by the Bush Neo Cons for personal financial gain.

As in all fascist countries, propaganda spread through the media owned by war profiteering media companies. Americans were made to disappear and were locked up without charges against them. Minorities were demonized, civil rights and the rule of law was disregarded by the right wing nuts because of their fear.

Rampant flag waving, masquerading as patriotism began and huge emphasis was placed on military power. On November 4th, we got a HUGE charge of hope for the future, when the centrist half black BARACK OBAMA, who came from nowhere to save us from the fascist corporations.

A few "thank you''''s" are in order.
Thank you to the REPUBLICAN''''T PARTY for:

-Sarah Palin
-Joe the Plumber
-Williams Ayers as a non-issue
-ACORN as a non-issue
-referring to Obama as "that one" in the debates
-lipstick on a pig
-Coal
-Last minute Rev. Wright ads that turned off voters
-"my fellow prisoners"
-McCain suspending his campaign (who noticed?)
-Socialism
-Communism
-characterizing Obama as a "celebrity"
-criticizing Obama as being "elite" (elite is good, morons)
-calling Obama a Muslim
-Generally inciting hate and division
-never having a consistent message
-NEVER addressing the pressing issues that concern the American people, but focusing on the above BS

and most of all...

Thank you for BEHAVING LIKE REPUBLICANS

Now you see the new agenda of the Republicans at work here, with them trumpeting "reaching across the aisle" All the conservatives want is to retain their gains. If Obama did nothing during his term other than appoint the most liberal judges imaginable, then MAYBE in 8 years from now we MIGHT have a fair and balanced Judicial branch.

The Supreme Court of These United States needs to be balanced so as to be fair to any case that comes under its august presence. The Supreme Court needs to correctly reflect the opinions of the people who are represented by the living document called the Constitution of the United States. Women make up more than 50% of the population, if you want to talk about Gods influence on births and gender, then look no farther than that one fact alone because it reflects the WORLDS population, yet only one Justice of the higher court is a women? I doubt God judges a soul by its genitalia.

Although Hillary Clinton may help to balance out Scalia and the ultra conservative bent of the Supreme Court, Obama will have to gain the confidence of all Americans to give credibility to his call for unity and inclusion. If he gains that credibility and trust first, appointing her might be possible, but if an appointment becomes necessary within the next two years, I doubt that he would appoint her. For those that are advocating "strict constitutionalist" judges, this country would never have righted many of the ills of the country without reasonable INTERPRETATION of the INTENT of the constitution. The advocates of literal adherence to the constitution tend to be the same folks that beleive in a rigid literal reading of the Bible. Although the Supreme Court must be careful to not overreach in its interpretation to the point that it becomes more legislative than judicial, neither should it be overly rigid.

Wow. Blaming everything on the Republican party makes no sense. Oh wait. You''''re from San Francisco. That explains it. Whatcha gonna do now that the Dems control EVERYTHING (which, by the way American voters--not too smart to let happen)? Who are you gonna blame when things are bad? Just stick your head in the sand. See if you can do your job in that position.

You don''t seem to have a very good memory... or is that omission on purpose?... Repugnats controlled BOTH houses of congress and the White House for 6 of the past 8 years... and they destroyed the country.. Full democratic control could hardly do any worse than the a$$holes that just lost the elections..

I would venture to say, no matter what happens over the next 4 years, good or bad, YOU will be one of the idiots to find fault with any/all of it... even if it directly benefits you..

prove me wrong...
