Andrew Cohen: Court's Only Black Justice Won't Oppose Legal Racism In Death Penalty Case
- The World of Gambling and Betting Money seems to be the only segment of society that deals in reality. The reason is because the Gambling World knows that all things are not created equal and sets odds, in fact the Gambling World excels at setting odds. If one team or competitor has an advantage over the competition the Gambling World will find it and handicap the event. You heard it all before, you can bet on a sure loser and get odds 18 to 1 on the dollar, many people take that bet, or if the competition is close, evenly matched, you might get odds 2 to 1 or 3 to 1, but the point is Gambling experts know how to handicap events and get people to bet money on them. So what has this got to do with Clarence Thomas and his type? In order to understand Clarence Thomas you need to understand the Gambling World first. If Clarence Thomas ran a Gambling business he would not give odds, not matter what the differences in the competition were! Obviously with this approach Clarence Thomas would not do well and be out of business in no time. In American terms Clarence Thomas is a purest, interprets the Constitution in pure form, thinks each American is equal in pure form no matter the advantages or disadvantages. In his mind if another American is better prepared then its up to you to figure out how to close the gap and compete with them, no favors, no special treatment, no affirmative action, no handicaps! Many do not agree with this approach, but that''s Clarence Thomas in a nutshell.

- Mr. Cohen:
What a completely asinine, disdainful, and disrespectful assessment of Clarence Thomas, his book, the case in question, Justice Thomas'' written decision, and legal reasoning altogether.
You offer no real response to Clarence Thomas'' decision, other than that you obviously disagree with it.
