I dont see what this guy is upset about..Padilla is in good medical condition..he has all this limbs..he probably eats better than him..he has the liberal media keep a close eye on his welfare.
i think when he means by FAIR TRIAL is a verdict he wants.

he was detained because we need to get some intel..THEN AS SOON AS THAT WAS OVER..
as an american citizen..he went through the whole legal system as demanded by his rights as an american citizen.. HE HAS A LAWYER..HE HAS JURY..AND HE IS ALLOWED TO AN APPEAL..what else do you need?

And until there is a FAIR TRIAL to determine if he did those things, he still has his rights intact. Or did you forget about innocent until PROVEN guilty? It''''s not "innocent until Bush says otherwise".

Don''t waste your breath. He''s gotta be on something. However, for all the torturing we do, Padilla looked pretty clean. No facial scars, well rested, muscular. Something to be said for our torture camps. Don''t you think?
