So when is Nifong going to announce his candidacy for president? He's certainly qualified now.

Apparently there are individuals who still believe these men are guilty even though there are no facts to support this belief. Racism is a two way street and it's just as ugly on one side as the other. Where is the national black leadership that so loudly convicted these men when the news first broke. They should be apologizing for their own rush to judgement!

Concerning the Duke case. I lay this injustice on all District Attorneys across this nation. I know in Texas that there have been 12 cases over turned based on DNA evidence. It is obvious that the prosecutors sent innoncent men to jail because the conviction was more important than true justice. Prosecutors across this country need to focus on justice being done not convictions. I think that as long a District Attorneys can be re-elected for a second term then there focus will be on the conviction rate to get re-elected. This needs to change. How does the saying go? It is better for 10 guilty men to go free than to send 1 innocent man to jail. When we send innocent people to jail then the justice system has failed.

Hey hey hey. Is Andrew cohen a bigot? Is he a spokesperson for the KKK in the good ol white boy network? As far as I am concerned Andrew Cohen is a just a grandstander willing to beat his fellow man down.

The three boys in this case are nothing more than elitists as far as I am concerned. They deserve to get what they gave to that woman and I hope god gives it to them where the sun don't shine.

All this case proves is elitism and white man bigotry is alive and well in this country. Glad you are all going to hell.

A simply terrible job of "reporting" by Mr. Cohen. Like most media accounts, this is an after-the fact perspective. I'm aware of new serious MSM outlet or reporter that has consistently written about the facts of this case. If you want to know how to report, go to durhamwonderland.blogspot.com to see real honest reporting.

Finally, the last 2 paragraph are despicable. If you are one of these defendants, your ilfe has been turned upside down and Cohen's advice? Move on and, by the way, why don't you tell us what really happened? Disgusting. The last paragraph? A joke.

These guys should sue Nifong to the point of making him a impoverished person living in a home with a tin roof in the backroads of North Carolina.

"Men desire authority for its own sake that they may bear a rule, command and control other men, and live uncommanded and uncontrolled themselves" (St. Thomas More, A Dialogue of Comfort).

Mr. Nifong deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. To whom much is given, much is required. As an elected official who misused, overused, and PROUDLY flaunted his power, he should sit in a cell until he dies.

That's a middle of the road statement. What he actually deserves is capital punishment.

He EARNED it!
