@ALBrainTrust11,
You know not whence you speak.
Part of the reason Ms. Edwards' death is being given so much media attention is that her husband had a scandalous affair, not her political leanings.
As for her choosing to forgive her husband--Knowing that one is dying is the prime time to forgive those who have hurt you deeply--and make your peace with that which we often call "God".
There is no room for bitterness at such a time, and your comments are evidence that you have a long way to go in your own personal development.
It may behoove you to say a prayer for her spirit and for her family, and let it go at that.

The story was really weird. For 24hrs, media reported how she would spend her last xmas or the last few weeks of her life. Then within them 24hrs (10am next day), she passes. Im not sure if its assisted suicide, but awfully abrupt. And for the first comment, that's wrong... her husband doesn't influence the reputation she created in being an advocate. He is a scumbag, but we will remember Elizabeth's resilient, kind-hearted, & dedicated soul. That woman was strong through alot of life's obstacles! R.I.P. Elizabeth Edwards

North Carolinian
