This law is only a drop in the bucket when it comes to our rights. Just trying to transport a gun from point A to point B is like pulling teeth.

I agree that there is no mention of hand grenades, but a hand grenade is an "arm". The 2nd didn't specifically eliminate hand grenads. Now, you could make the case that only "arms" available at the time would be considered "arms". Well then, a revolver, or a Glock, wouldn't have been available, but a cannon would be!

Two thoughts.

Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.

I wonder what those packing heat inherit? ...That's what I thought.

The 2nd Amendment states ?A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed?. Why cannot a citizen possess hand-grenades? What if a citizen is a poor marksman, but has great throwing ability?
