You all cut on George W for 9-11 and you can see a President doesn't have much to do with everyday situations.
George W made it possible for countries like Pakistan to react much quicker to our requests... knowing (at least under George W, we SHOOT and ask questions later ! - At first it seems as though a wanabe terrorist didn't really know how to make a bomb, but then you find out he was able to evade authorities, and just seconds from leaving the country. This guy is better than everyone thinks he is. Terrorists in the past have many times run decoys so they can document the type and time of response.
