- Worker disillusion is the principal cause for poor quality controls. Leaders who contribute to this problem often extend a culture of unbalanced expectations coming from above.
Companies who publish vision and value statements and take time to spend discuss them with their employees receive far better compliance than companies who don't or won't follow through to spend the time and generate a positive impression for employees to follow and comply.
We are living in a new era of outsourcing. Even Human Resources departments are not staffed to inadequate levels and often leave outsourcing managers in more control than was intended.
Sometimes, the culture barrier presents limitations where values found in one culture can't be easily found to thrive in another. This is a huge problem, especially where workers recruited from impoverished communities meet the economic challenge to the human resource equation, but fail to meet expectations of the job performance because the worker is applying a life long experience of deprivation to the product standards and bringing it to the production lines. - Reply to this comment

- most of my medications are made in India or Mexico...how long before we have medications made in these and other country's that will kill thousands of us. I feel fear every time I have to have my diabetes medications and my husband's s medications for his muscle disease. Did people ever wonder why the pharmacy's want you to buy generic...it's because the medication isn't made in the United States.
I feel there should be a federal law that your Rx bottle or container should be required to show the company of origin...all our clothes, kitchen appliances,cars,shoes, etc. have the company where they were made....why not our medications????? the company name is below your name but not the origin of where that medication is made...CEO's of pharmacy companies are getting bonus money in the millions while they have outsourced just where our meds are made....Big money lobbyist are in Washington, they give politicans millions of dollars...the lobbyist are responsible for the condition of the finances of our country...Washington and our politicans are for sale..they have been for years and now the time has come that our country must stop this practice and outlaw these lobbyist...Put them out of business.
This NECC company is just the tip of the iceberg,,, others will follow that will be worse than this...
I am so glad that I didn't have this shot for my pain,,,,I would probably be one of the unlucky ones to die from having a shot of this fungal contaminated medication...
The people who ran this company NECC should be arrested for murder..they should be arrest NOW, TODAY...We the people should demand it.....what have you got to lose,,,your life or worse the rest of your life in severe pain, pain worse than what you were orginal treated for....We should all protest at the pharmacy's where we get our medications...People. we have GOT TO TAKE A STAND...STAND UP AND BE COUNTED... - Reply to this comment
