Israelis are worried about their kids wetting the bed. Palestinians are worried about their kids being killed or orphaned.

From Agence France-Presse:
"Every time six-year-old Mohammed hears the sound of Israeli missiles landing near his home in Gaza City, he turns to his mother and asks: "When are we going to die?"

"My children are terrified," says his mother Umm Jihad, 37.

"My son Mohammed refuses to eat. He follows me everywhere because he's so scared and asks me every 10 minutes when we're going to die.

"He says he won't go back to school because he's scared he'll be martyred or that he'll come back from school and find that I or his brothers have been killed," she says.

"The strikes would shake the whole building, and eventually they blew out the windows and knocked down the door. That was when we decided to go Khan Yunis," says Umm Jihad, speaking to media on the phone. "The fear and anxiety have followed me here though," she says.

Your "equivalents in Gaza"? Oh sweetheart, those children are poor, they don't have any such social services equivalent.

And they have far more immediate concerns than bedwetting. In fact, many of those children are already dead.

Sheeeesh, what a one-sided perspective from a blatantly pro-Israel journalist who either was afraid to go across the border into Gaza or was refused a permit from the IDF. What ever happened to good, honest journalism?

It must be far worse for kids in the Gaza strip, not just stressed out, but actually seeing their friends blown to pieces.

It's hard to see how this can end until the blockade is lifted, and both populations can live in peace.

The rockets are wrong, but lets' face it, no-one here would accept living in a giant prison camp, with no work, malnutrition, contaminated water, and no means of escape...... while the world has no power to stop Israel acting like a terrorist state.
