- So some 10 SEALS, the most respected stealth fighters in the world each divulged classified information for "two days" of consulting pay? The absurdity and stupidity are overwhelming. Even if they were paid $50,000 a day, they compromised their integrity and the safety of brother SEALS for $100,000? Frankly, I doubt they received anything close to that, based on my personal knowledge of how software companies work. As a U.S. Army veteran who had a secret clearance I'm appalled. How many SEALS and other Special Ops forces will die as a result of what was divulged. It may seem extreme to some, but they should all be court-martialled, drummed out of the military and shunned for all the free world's special operators.

- Excuse me, where is the punishment for outing the team for getting Bin Laden, then the deaths in 8/12 when al qaeda shot down that helicopter and for exploiting Team Six by immediately planning and then developing a "movie" about Bin Laden's murder? Do as I say, don't do as I do, has that replaced the mantra "Forward"?. Sorry, I may be really old fashioned but I would think a Commander-in-Chief needs to lead by example.

- ABSOLUTELY Phenominal. Stupid is as stupid does. I was NOBODY while in the AF but even I signed papers stating I would NEVER discuss ANYTHING I ever saw, heard or did while in the service. How STUPID. (Well, they WERE Navy!)

- I am all for these guys getting paid. Working for a video game company is far better and safer than working for a contractor that may or may not work against US interests around the world.
But it does seem like the D.O.D. should have been involved in deciding what could go into the game, and what should stay out for the safety of our soldiers in harm's way.
But the safest thing we could do is get out of Afghanistan. - Reply to this comment
