CBS you are the only network among the main street media breaking this story. It's my hope that you aggressively pursue this. Something really smells bad. This is big. I've watched your network news since Scott Pelley became the anchor because out of the main street liberal media you have glimpses of objectivity. Improve your objectivity and your ratings will go up.

If this was a Republican administration reporters and news trucks with live feeds would be camped out on the lawns and offices of every official involved. It would be the lead headline of all the major news outlets. Instead because Obama is the darling (couldn't be his level of melanin) of the media they are willing to deny any and all efforts to find the truth. The sad part for Obama is if he isn't guilty or inept the media failure only makes him look guilty or inept.

I don't understand the anger here. The state department received an email saying the consulate in Libya was under attack and a group had claimed responsibility, so how was the state department to know that it was not in connection with the film. It was an act of terror, but it could have been connected to the film and some form of protest. There were protest (albeit more peaceful) happening in other parts of the world. How were they to know that it was not in protest of the film? Why are so many nutjobs making a big deal out of this small point?

Why is it so important to people whether this was labeled a terrorist attack or not? Either way, the people who did it have to be hunted down, and they will be.

Besides the President did say it was a terrorist attack the next day. And there there is this, from the article:
"Fourteen hours after the attack, President Obama sat down with Steve Kroft of "60 Minutes" for a previously scheduled interview and said he did not believe it was simply due to mob violence.

"You're right that this is not a situation that was -- exactly the same as what happened in Egypt and my suspicion is that there are folks involved in this who were looking to target Americans from the start," Mr. Obama said."

OMG it's a coverup, conspiracy, impeach, get the torches!!!

Do any of you'll know anything about investigations? Are you all this stupid? Do you'll even watch freaking cops? Lol.

When there's a murder for instance the police don't just come out and say Mr. Bobble Bubble killed 3 people yesterday and we're going to get him. They keep it quit, they don't let the bad guy know they're onto them, at least not initially. All you'll are doing is helping the terrorists to get away with it and go underground. It's not until police can't find their man that they release his identity so everyone can be on the look out.

Besides that, the real point is that NOT A SINGLE ONE OF YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE 4 AMERICANS WHO WERE KILLED. If you did you would respect the Ambassador's own fathers wishes to not turn this into political points. But I'm sure you have as much right to care as the own man's father? Funny how you'll care so much about people's lives in this instance but don't seem to care that a Republican released documents with people's names in Libya that are our allies. Now they're in mortal danger but who cares about them as long as we can get some more angry mob justice points from morons everywhere right?

You either care about all lives or no lives. Quit picking and choosing when you care.
