Very touching story. We Americans have have short memories. But we will NEVER forget 9/11. Thank all of the warriors who have fought this terror. The military, NYFD, all of the persons involved in this story. It helps as a reminder of why we still need to be aware of the worlds dangers. And all that is good in this world! Thank you. God Bless.

There are so many stories from 9/11 that are so sad and touching at the same time, I have either read, seen, or have heard of so many and my heart goes out to the families and loved ones who lost so much. This story has really hit close to home, being a mother that has only one child myself. Hearing Annie's mother talk about her and now reading her list has brought her to life and you get to see what a great person she really was, most people have a "bucket list" yet on it you only see things they would like to do as in sky dive, bunji jump, go on a cruise etc... but you do not see things they want to do to help others and to be a better person like be a better listener, never be ashamed, take time for friends, be a person to be proud of, and volunteer for a charity. I hope Annie's mother gets to see this although I never got the chance of knowing Annie she has so much to be proud of because her daughter was a good person and it shows in her list how she wanted to remind herself to keep improving and on helping others. I would love if everyone could help finish Annie's list since she's not here to finish it maybe we can help her mother and contribute in finishing it for her. I am making sure I do all the things she wanted to do to help others and since I have never been to New York I am going to visit the public library in Annie's honor. Thank You to Annie's mother for sharing her story, it really has made me want to be a better person.

Great story, reminds us of the things we promise to do "one of these days", for ourselves or others. We didn't even know time had a door until one day we went, and it was closed and no one answered.

I saw on one of the rafters that climbing Kilimanjaro was on the list. Perhaps someone would be willing to fund taking some of the children of victims to do that climb. Something I would consider doing. I will talk to others about this.
