- Obama has supported his cronies. Just look at all of this green projects. The average worker has not benefited from his presidency, all the spoils have been given to his buddies.

- When a GM plant in Janesville WI closes down under George Bush, it's Obama's fault. When the entire auto industry turns around from impending bankruptcy under Obama, it's someone else's doing.
That's the kind of dishonesty we get from people whose opinions are driven by something other than reason. - Reply to this comment

- Technically: "I bet taxpayer money on you", while laying off over 100K non-union dealership sales and support staff.

- Point is :
Are we creating jobs today instead of losing them as in 2008? Yes.
Is the stock market doing better today than it was in 2008? Yes.
Is housing doing better today than in '08? Yes.
Is the auto industry better today than in 2008? Yes.
Is Bin laden and dozens of Al qaeda leaders dead today as opposed to being alive in 2008? Yes. - Reply to this comment
- Don't you just love it..."by SOME measures Americans are better off"
Jobs are not being created..Housing prices are in the tank. Gas is double the price..food is sky high..Foreclosures hit record levels. And we owe 6 Trillion more than 4 years ago. Yup Obama is going to bet on the auto workers...so long as GM and Chrysler can stay afloat...the legacy costs that caused their demise is still there. - Reply to this comment
- Fact: Romney wanted to throw Detroit under the bus.
Fact: Obama didn't want to throw Detroit under the bus and caught hell for it.
Reality: GOP did their usual thing. Nothing and blame Obama.
Obama did something unpopular. Hundreds of thousands of jobs saved and the taxpayer is getting paid back, if not paid back already.
GM and Chrysler are alive.
They didn't get "Bained" to death.
Too bad for Romney and his overseas bank accounts, eh? Imagine how much fatter they would have been if Romney and Bain had been able to carve up Detroit!
Man, I bet Romney still wakes up at night with cold sweats, screaming about the big one that got away. So close - Reply to this comment
- I'm better off and I think history will show the GOP is basically a twisted little special interest group controlled by the Rich.
We'll see if Obama wins again, if the GOP is just going to continue to selfishly gridlock the country for 4 more years, on top of the last 2 they have ruined, on top of the 8 they screwed up before that. That would be 14 years of being the very thing they keep crying about.
They are the problem. Not the solution. - Reply to this comment
