- It doesn't matter what Mitt Romney says, just as it does not matter what the President says. The SC says that in order for ACA to be constitutional, it is a tax. No specific ruling was made on the Mass. law. If someone would like a ruling, they can appeal it to the SC. Otherwise, it is irrelevant.
Politicians and partisans can spin the ACA all they want, but if Romney wins, it will be repealed, and if the President wins it will stay in place. That final distinction is all that really matters in the end. - Reply to this comment

- I read his answers three times. There is no logical train of thought there at all. Romney is sounding more and more like the rest of the idiot Tea Baggage canidates of the past. The next thing you know, he will be anouncing Sahra Palin as his VP choice because they think and sound just alike " STUPID". He says he agrees with the desent of the court and they are the minority. Yup, he will also be the minority in NOVEMBER. YEA !!!
