Did Congress Provide Any Laws to Create Jobs During Almost Two Years?

I have no answer at this moment. Please read this Website and come up with any laws provided by Congress for a compelling counter argument to Obama's thought: The GOP hasn't lifted a finger to create jobs. If you can't produce the counter argument then prove or disprove: Obama has created at least 3.1 million jobs during the last consecutive 27 weeks. What do you think about this Website?: http://www.addictinginfo.org/2011/03/08/things-the-republican-congress-has-done-instead-of-creating-jobs/

Readers would appreciate the truth because the truth is always shining under the sun, but it is never shining in the darkness due to lack of education.

Have a good night and peace friends.

Did Obama Obey the Law?

As a former non-tenure track constitutional law professor, Obama knows how to respect and honor the laws.

More than 400,000 illegal immigrants were deported in the fiscal year 2011, a record for the United States. There have been more deportations under President Obama's three years in office than under the entire eight years of George W. Bush. Nevertheless, Democrats say they still deserve the votes of Latinos and other immigrants who want to see reform in U.S. immigration policies. Roll Call reports Democratic leaders like Dick Durbin and Harry Reid acknowledging that the immigration system sucks, even though, apparently, President Obama's done more than any other president to reform the system. You didn't notice?

http://reason.com/blog/2012/05/22/they-think-of-someone-they-knew-who-has

On March 28, 2011 Obama answered, "We have redesigned our enforcement practices under the law to make sure that we're focusing primarily on criminals, and so our deportation of criminals are up about 70 percent. Our deportation of non-criminals are down, and that's because we want to focus our resources on those folks who are destructive to the community.

"And for a young person like that young woman that we just spoke to who's going to school, doing all the right things, we want them to succeed." Obama said.

Perhaps gridlock, Congress's job performance and economic issues are catalysts for Obama's new policy change: Obama's Administration will bypass Congress to stop young illegals from being deported and grant work permits to those with no criminal record who came to the United States illegally under 16, who have finished high school or attended college, or served in the military. However, only about 800,000 qualify for Obama's new policy and the usual illegal immigration law would still apply to the remaining - about 10 million.

Indeed, Obama has obeyed the law, nevertheless he can't forget his option of excutive order to get the job done for the sake of the country.

The truth is that the problem is related almost exclusively to the Mexicans, who constitute 99%+ of the illegal aliens. It is, therefore, inaccurate to include this and other immigration problems the terms "Hispanic' or 'Latin'. Even though there are illegal aliens of all nationalities, let us call it what it is: 'The illegal Mexican problem'. If there were not so many millions of illegal Mexicans, the problem would be almost negligible.

2012 Obama's State of the Union Address on January:

"Let's also remember that hundreds of thousands of talented, hardworking students in this country face another challenge: The fact that they aren't yet American citizens. Many were brought here as small children, are American through and through, yet they live every day with the threat of deportation. Others came more recently, to study business and science and engineering, but as soon as they get their degree, we send them home to invent new products and create new jobs somewhere else."

"That doesn't make sense."

What is the Republican point of view? One Republican reporter interrupted and shouted during Obama's speech and Rep. Lamar Smith called Obama's decision a "breach of faith with American people".

What is Congress's performance poll?
Poll Date Approve Disapprove Spread
RCP Average 5/31 - 6/10 16.3 77.0 -60.7
Gallup 6/7 - 6/10 17 79 -62
FOX News 6/3 - 6/5 17 75 -58
CBS News/NY Times 5/31 - 6/3 15 77 -6

Many past gridlocks between the legislative and executive branches have impeded Obama's economic plan; the Dream Act is a particular case.

Perhaps gridlock, Congress's performance and economic issues are catalysts for Obama's new policy change: Obama's Administration will bypass Congress to stop young illegals from being deported and grant work permits to those with no criminal record who came to the United States illegally under 16, who have finished high school or attended college, or served in the military.

Based on these facts, there is no basis to speculate that Obama has a political motivation for his new policy. Instead, his motivation is economic benefits for our nation as well compassion and patriotism for hard working illegal immigrants.

Obama's Firm Policy on Young, Educated, Illegal Immigrant with no Criminal Record

Obama is very firm on the issue of illegal immigration. Here is his speech on June 16, 2012:
BARACK OBAMA: Now, let's be clear. This is not amnesty. This is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary, stopgap measure that lets us focus our resources wisely while giving a degree of relief and hope to talented, driven, patriotic young people.

In New York, Mayor Michael Bloomberg praised the move. "Ending deportations of innocent young people who have the potential to drive tomorrow's economy is long overdue, as are many common-sense reforms needed to center our immigration policy around our economic needs," he said. http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2012/jun/16/us-obama-immigration/

Recalling what Obama said in the past would confirm his stance.

On March 28, 2011:

"We have redesigned our enforcement practices under the law to make sure that we're focusing primarily on criminals, and so our deportation of criminals are up about 70 percent. Our deportation of non-criminals are down, and that's because we want to focus our resources on those folks who are destructive to the community.

"And for a young person like that young woman that we just spoke to who's going to school, doing all the right things, we want them to succeed," Obama said.

"The Obama administration is passing laws by decree now, without any oversight and not being addressed by the House of Representatives".

All Presidents have signed Executive Orders without authorization by Congress, so are you upset that President Obama is doing this because he's a Democrat or because he's black?

Looks like george w. bush signed almost 300 EO's.

Where was your outrage then?

"We want the President to do more" she says. She wants "comprehensive immigration reform" aka amnesty, for their parents. They forget that they are here against the law and this demanding attitude is getting a little old. Obama wants their vote so he could care less about how the American citizenry feel about this. There are few available jobs so Obama adds millions of illegals with work permits into the stream and will add them to the unemployment rolls for a few years of benefits. Of course he'll waive the work requirement so they can just jump on board.

The fact that these kids were brought here by their parents is no excuse to coddle them. They are just like any other kids that go with the parents. Why weren't they sent home when the parents were deported? Why are votes more important than the tax paying citizens in this country? We vote too , and it's time to speak out. No more exceptions for illegals. Get out now and take your off spring with you. Come back when you do it lawfully, and are fluent in English.
