A democracy is designed to elect represenatives with different agendas and ideals.This never stopped CONGRESS from doing its job.Just like in California ,it is becoming increasingly difficult to govern as a democratic legislation.This Congress just like the last one is a disgrace to the democratic process.; Reply to this comment
