They don't have the free time on a Sunday like the many of the rest of we citizens who took the day off. They are out there working hard in our country. You are so right they want to reform the health system costs are too high, well one way to reduce costs is to stop illegal immigration, that excuse they are doing jobs we will not do, there are enough people that will do the jobs, now that they reformed the economy people have no jobs. I keep asking myself, when will people realize that in this immigration debate the illegals want MORE rights than legal citizens. It stated in this story that many had relied on CHARITY to survive, with churches giving more than 1.2 million. Am I the only one to realize that is 1.2 million that did not go towards the care of legal citizens???
The immigration debate is easily handled. Treat them like you would anyone else. By that I mean, go after the fathers for money paid by the state or federal government for the care of their children. MAKE them reimburse agencies and pay 55% of their earnings towards child support. Just as those agencies go after non-custodial legal CITIZENS.
Tax cash transactions to other countries at 28%, just the same as a cash worker who is LEGAL gets taxed if no legal social security number is used (not those transactions instituted by banks, or people who use their accounts for transfers, that way you can track the money and make sure that the taxes have been paid)
Also, why is it okay for illgals to use a fake identity?? If an AMERICAN citizen did that we would be in jail. PERIOD.
And finally, when I think of the medical care furnished by "charity", it makes me cringe. I am a US citizen by birth. I am one of the 50+ million LEGAL citizens who are uninsured because of the high prices of health insurance (which is a WHOLE other racket) I found myself with a slowly paralyzing condition last year which required immediate surgery for a compression of the cervcal spinal cord. It took MONTHS to get he necessary surgery which resulted in permanent partial paralysis. And just for the record, I have all the medical bills to show that I got very little charity. Mainly due to the fact that the teaching hospital that FINALLY helped me did not have Neurosurgical funds available because they had moved money where it was needed more, to OB/GYN and ER departments. Care to guess who used a chunk of those funds...NOT legal citizens. Two things about that.... The first is that I had to beg for help, after reading in the paper about an illegal from Florida who had 1.5 MILLION dollars spent on HIS medical care, and second, it took 10 Months to be approved for the social security disabilty income that I worked and paid into for 32 years.
When are people going to wake up and realize that illegals don't want to be treated LIKE citizens, they want to be, and demand to be, treated BETTER.
Take the monetary incentive out of it, and the illegal immigration issue will solve itself.

This is an unfortunate story, but not an isolated one. One only has to remind Congress that this is their doing and they should take responsibility. Years ago, Congress began slowly changing the immagration laws, mostly under the table. Immagration was going along fine until some Congressional morons opened the floodgates for illegal immagration. The total went from 2M to 12M in a short time. Now, Congress refuses to put a stop to it and clamp down on those that are here illegally. Congress has come up with a new dumb-dumb answer to avoid work, let's make all those people legal immigrants/citizens/wlefare receipients, etc.

You look at construction projects of any kind and you see Mexicans doing the hard manual labor. The only Anglo workers are either "supervising" except for a few operating some of the heavy machinery.

I hire Mexicans to do all sorts of heavy labor on my ranch. They come early, stay late, and work hard for minimum wage. I've found that Anglos work long enough to buy their daily drug supply and are a bunch of lazy shirkers when they are allegedly on the job.

The only people I've ever had rip me off or give me grief are Whites. The Mexicans are honest and respectful.

Every person I've ever met who complains about the Mexicans is a dimwitted white trash loser straight out of the trailer park.

There are many employees out there doing exactly that kind of work that are not illegally here. People actually pay legitimate wages to citizens or immigrants on work visas to do their work...including me. As for the construction business, my father in-law owns a constructor company and gripes all the time about idiots hiring illegals to work for them. He pays real wages and taxes for legitimate workers while someone else cuts corners and breaks the law to try and outbid him. This has GOT to stop.

Our government has got to get tougher on this. I for one want to see more raids and more convictions of the crooked managers and more deportations of illegals. It has got to happen and it has got to happen more frequently. This country is in such a fragile state because of the drain of allowing millions of illegals to enter and spread across the country.
