What a great story. While I am deeply saddened that it is not me featured in this article, I must concede that I"m thrilled for this young man. Something tells me his love and friend life is going to improve 1,000 fold too. Good for him and his family!

Congratulations to Mr. Wanless! Sounds like a very deserving person. Hope he has a very good and honest accountant.

He only gets 88 million? The guy is 23, why take it lump some? He would get about 8 or 9 million each year.

Hey Good Looking, I think you ought to give college a try be a teacher or a lawyer, that ranch work is hard on the body, and you will get older, as we all do. Congrats. Also, thought you were sweet to help your community, but do it in a way that it doesn't drain your accounts. Help the elderly fix on their homes, and perhaps help start a food bank. Also, remember your parents, they love you, and I know you love them. Stay wise, and watch out for "gimmicks and losers". May the Lord always shine upon you.

What a wonderful story! Nice to see good things happen to those who need them! Now, he should get a reputable financial advisor, and LISTEN to his advice! So many sad stories of how lottery winners are sucked dry by others. Hope this man's story ends differently!

Well....yeeee-haw! Wish it were me. Wish I had a ranch to begin with at 23. Most of us city folk are lucky to have an apartment at 23. One without roomates.

Good for this family. Playing the lottery is a risky proposition, and most often is a waste of money. It's nice to see someone who works hard, and still comes up short , win big.

Congrats!

(oh, and I hate you, the most I ever won was $200.00)

:)
