All experts agree (except for the criminal ones in the Bush administration) that torture is a highly unsuccessful practice, useless in gaining relevant and accurate information.

Why not just tattoo a huge sign on your forehead that says "ridicule me, I am a huge moron!"

And, it has already been established that Bush and Cheney tortured for the express purpose of getting false confessions from their victims. Al Queda will differ from any other nation with nuclear weapons simply because they will use them. The logical targets range from the US, to the ruling Saudi family, India, Kuwait, Bahrain....the list goes on and on.
