He had no tools or Commands to work with. He sold the tools and closed bases to balance the budget.
His eye was on the economy, and not National Security.
Clinton best illustrated the results of talking and handshaking. We had no Country left, with money based on air, the bread basket shut down and mercury filled to retrieve waste water, Enron was the power.

The WTC was attacked because they were the shining symbol of our wealth and power.

Party lines are hardly viable anymore .
We all recognize that Republicans crossed to place a Congress to impeach Bush...we also know that Dems crossed the lines to elect him in the first place.
Republicans put Obama in power silly person, Dems didn''t have the numbers after their idiot Congress failed to act.
