And she''s a paralegal? This woman doesn''t need prayers, she needs a brain. First she inherits a house from her parents (who are probably rolling over in their graves about now), which probably means it was PAID FOR, and no doubt takes on a mortgage she probably couldn''t afford, then the dolt takes out a series of high interest loans? Yeah, I bet the foreclosure rescue company saw her coming a mile away. What this woman needs is a swift kick in the...oh wait, that''s what she''s getting. I Hope her car heater works good.

Probably 99% of homeowners who face foreclosure are imbeciles and deserve what they get. They were stupid enough to either buy over their capacity or succumb to the temptation to refinance to satisfy impulsive desires.

These homes offer many good investment opportunities to investors and a chance for some to make a home purchase that is priced correctly.

Let the suckers face the consequences of idiocy and/or greed.

Happy New Year 2009!
