As far as I can tell, I''''m engaged in a conversation. What it seems like to me is that you are unable to answer the last questions that I posed to you.
You''''''''re just as big an idiot as the last poster....

Who determines if it''''s a bad law? You?
Are the current drug laws in your mind, bad?
Drugs that cause people to create more crime as in robbing, killing and stealing to get more drugs. Does that constitute as a law that needs to be disobeyed in your mind?
You''''re just as big an idiot as the last poster....

I would engage you in a discussion, but that''s not what you want. - Reply to this comment
- It''s time the US Government took responsibility for fueling this illegal trade. They should assist the Mexican governement in their attempt to wipe out these cartels. If the government wants to get rid of terrorism then get rid of the terrorism thats on our streets where hundreds of kids are being shot over drug related crimes here in our backyard. If we can wipe out a powerful dictator and his army, then this should be a snap. Oh but they have no Oil to pay us back...I guess it will never happen then.

- Societies remain in tact because of the laws that are enacted.

And if it''s a bad law, it''s the peoples duty to disobey it.
It''s called "Civil Disobedience". - Reply to this comment
- allulosers is the idiot.
We should legalize marijuana, in my opinion, but that doesn''t mean we should legalize EVERYTHING, which is what brain-dead, al-Qaeda wannasucks like allulosers can''t seem to fathom.
Using the same non-logic as allulosers, if you order one thing off of a menu, YOU MUST ORDER EVERYTHING ON THE MENU! - Reply to this comment
- Brutal Drug War Fueled By U.S. Government and the black market created by the criminalization of these substances...
legalize it, regulate it... but the US government loves its wars and all of the industries it creates.... the country is screwed by the backwards thinking of our very lame leaders - Reply to this comment
- You go! You are so right. To your list, add rocks, tire irons, lead pipes, candlesticks, sticks, 2 X 4''''s, 6 X 8''''s, any hard object you can pick up, bare hands, bare feet, wire of all kinds, ropes, swimming pools, and last month, there was a story about a man who foiled some robbers with a frozen turkey. Frozen turkeys are also suspect as a lethal weapon and should obviously be outlawed.

- the US alone spends more money fighting marijuana offender then it does cocaine offenders or heroine. mos tof th epot in the USA is grown locally, hyrdropnically, or in the hills. Much of it comes from Canada, and most pot smokers wouldn''t pay for Mexican swag weed...
So how does all this cocaine get across the border inthe 1st place ? There will always be a market for cocaine here, and the as long as it is illegal the blank market will always dictate violence to keep it going...
Mexico should open up havens for tourist to use these substances and they could make billions in tourist $$$$ and stimualte their economy, it would also slow down the importation since it would be profitable ot just fund the Mexican tourist havens... Mexico would be able ot use the money to control its borders better.
but this is common sense... something that is no oger used in politics anymore - Reply to this comment
- I have never used illegal drugs, so while I may have my own addictions, illegal drug use isn''t one of them. The war in Mexico over drugs is not my doing.
