John McCain and Sarah Palin are not stupid. They would never expect a competitor of theirs to actually sit on their hands and allow themselves to be run over like a defenseless victim.

Many voters have felt like defenseless victims in the past 7 years, and this was their oppportunity to change it.

Obama was ingenious how he connected to every voter''s common concern about being a victim, and capitalized on it.

John McCain never could divorce himself from the perception that his party was victimizing the country, and many parts of the world as the economic shockwaves were propogating around the world markets.

Under different circumstances, John McCain would have won, but most believe his party architected the poorest conditions possible to win an election.

Remember also that the US Supreme Court is seated by both Democrats and Republicans, not just a Democrat and unless you know exactly where the other lawsuits were filed and with what District Judge will be overseeing them.......One more filed today, so I believe there are 5 more in Districts Courts going to be heard. Funny the media hasn''t told you all where and whom filed and what District Judge will going to be hearing the cases.

In the early days of colonizing America, we were being taxed by Britain without any representation or any say in how the money was spent. The battle cry was %u201CNo Taxation Without Representation%u201D, we fought the Revolutionary War and won our Independence from Britain. So I am asking, how come we are in the same boat as we were back then??? We are letting the Reps and Senators loose without being held accountable. How many of your States Reps and Senators actually listened to you, the people who placed them into office over the lobbyists and foreign interests? Its time for a change alright, but sadly there is nothing we can do about it.

No complaints from Republicans, as a small oligarchy of corporations bought the US Presidency away from 300 million Americans!

They lost, and we, the people, lost big time - Republican-made disasters just keep on breaking down on us every day!

By the sheer cumulative power of this huge public response, we will enable Obama/Biden to win this campaign, and to beat the sleaze machine of McCain/Palin/Rove & Fox News.
