This is another example of how the Republicans will use any method, even exploiting mentally ill individuals, to try to ram their agenda down the throat of America. Republicans HATE democracy---allowing a full and fair vote is the last thing they want.

- I guess it should be said that Obama did not Disregard the Law, He has asked for it to be dismissed based on the merit of the case. Basically he asked why should he have to provide the proof. Not that he did not follow the law. Might want to learn your laws their junior

- Apparently the McCain campaign has only their B team commenters here this morning. The Obama birth certificate "controversy" has been completely debunked by evey hoax-debunking site in the world, as well as the Hawaii Department of Health......Again, this speaks to the fundamental belief of Republicans that anyone who isn''''t exactly like them, isn''''t "American" and should not be allowed to vote or hold office........Republicans really do hate democracy.

It''s funny you say that. I have coresponded with Mr. Berg on this issue yesterday. He is a democrat who I guess is upset that Hillary lost. But even still, I explained to him that I thought he was stretching with this issue, but at the same time "IF" obama were to be found in elligible (and I highly doubt that to be the case) He has a right to due process. But even Mr. Berg said that if Obama could provide the Birth Certificate, and other materials requested, and the Judge were to side with obama, Mr. Berg said he would shake his hand and wish him luck - Reply to this comment
