It''s good to live in a free country - providing that "freedom" is earned and by being here legally you will have fulfilled what the regulations for coming over here and becoming an American - which means you have a sponsor to support you and your family until you are able to support yourself & your family. Key words here are "support yourself and family" and not have the government support you.
It''s also great being able to voice our opinions here in public without governmental repurcussions (sorry for the spelling). The main point everyone is that illegal is illegal. However if someone commits a crime then all are not guilty until proven in a court of law - and we never or will we ever know all the facts unless we attend all the court procedings and hear everyone out. I for one do not believe that if you are born here of illegal immigrants that you get instant citizenship - that is so wrong. NOR should our local/state/federal governments have to pay for these children. Fair is fair - Mexican laws are very strict especially when it comes to foreigners in their country yet they have a cow if we try and enforce our laws.. Something is not right with this.
Please come here legally - we welcome you - but do it according to the laws of this land NOT how you feel it should be. There is a reason for laws - plain and simple.

I''m sure all these young people who committed the crime are in some ways ''nice'', ''good'', etc! However, it''s our actions that define whether we are ''good'' are not, not our own profession, or proclamation by our friends and relatives! Therefore, these ''good'' young people need to bow before God, confess, face the consequences, and put it behind them, vowing never to repeat such behavior. As the old saying goes at the wrone place at the wrone time if he was in the country in which he was a citizen of, he would still be alive. I have not one bit of concern for what the boys did they were protecting their future and benefits they were doing what the church, which should has no interest as they are in American not mexico, nor the politicians will not do. They got him out of the country (deported him) I say go now you have a bout 19 million more to do in.
The illegal are not stealing the beneifits that the church employees have for their retirement, not the politicians they do not need or use S/S like the rest of us citizrens have to they all get their benefits from the church or the federal government we get our from S/S which they the illegals are robbing ever second of the day and night.

[bobnjersey lol. i am not remotely responsible for what happened allegedly 500+ years ago. that in know way excuses criminal illegal invaders from violating numerous federal laws and possible state laws entering this country. the federal government has failed to protect our border now we have a real problem with illegals. if you had to draft troops to herd the illegal invaders out of our country and issue shoot on site orders on the border that would be very exceptable to solve this problem before it gets worse]

menasrino wish i was on jury to. i would make sure it was a fair trial. involuntary manslaughter i might convict but murder no chance. hopefully jury will do the right thing even if press tries to railroad those poor young boys. this is still america they are presumed innocent till proven guilty. and it was an illegal foreign invader who most likily provoked the whole thing

kenammons couldn''t agree more - the problem will be to find politicians honest enough to back this up. we need to get a hand on all this outsourcing and free handouts... it''s driving us into the ground and people are getting angry. I am not a hateful person - but I''m tired of people backing up illegal operations whether it be crossing the border illegally OR downsizing and moving to 3rd world countries for a few extra pennies...
OH and by the way - the fields won''t rot if we don''t hire illegals... just another way to pull the wool over our eyes - where there is a will there is a way and if need be we can always take the non violet from our prisons and put them to work in the fields - they have restitution to pay I am sure.
