Perhaps i misunderstod what you were intending to say. I do not think murder even of an illegal is right. I think the facts of the case must be heard to determine who is guilty of what. I do believe we need to deport all illegals. I think anyone who hires an illegal should do mandatory jail time. Make it tough so they won''t want to come here illegally.

The key sentence is if a state thinks it is proper to permit. Since they entered illegally then the states did not permit, therefore this part of the constitution does not apply to this situation.

I think you misunderstood my intent here. Read this part again: or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

I suggest that some readers find a copy of the US Constitution and begin to read it. Many loudmouths have gotten ugly and made immigration a theme of conversation just to voice their disapproval of people they don''''t accept or understand. Most loud mouths aren''''t even bilingual and don''''t have a clue what happens in other countries.

Louis Ramirez had a constitutional guarantee to be treated better than he was. It was very unpatriotic to to be less than respectful to him, and highly unpatriotic to murder him.

No citizen of this nation should tolerate inhumane treatment of anyone, including aliens, whether legal or not.
