Odd how one could have very well typed in "with medical insurance" ... HOw many folks are killed each year in hospitals via infection from unclean environments or botched procedures ..

People have come to expect perfection and perfect we will never be ... and we will not live forever .. and if you need medical attention it is certainly available .. many hundreds of thousands get FREE heatlh care and are not even US citizens ...

So save your ridiculous allegation ... it is lame and certainly ignorant and biased ..

Maybe you could move to Canada they have "free" medical and not much spent on military ... that might make you "feel" better ... but you will pay 50% of your income to pay for it ...

The letter refers to Sheikh Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri by name - and says that he is in "severe pain" and his "injuries are infected."

Hooray for infection!!! I''m hoping for sepsis and even more pain before he slowly dies in some cave in agony. Some doctor - can''t even treat himself. Probably a witchdoctor.
