Of course its not buying anything for the Iraqis. Who really thinks that Bush went into Iraq for any other reason than to benefit the Big 4 Western Oil companies? And who thinks that McCain want to keep American forces in Iraq for 100 years for any other reason than to guard Big Oil?

He is of the opinion & precption & rightly so,
That, Plight of Iraq might have been seen very bad,But good thing is regional players are engaged in dialogue, Thats How NWO will take shape.

So, where is the problem in understanding?,that the New World Order will cripple small & Big Governments alike,to surrender their National aspirations, or face devastation.
