Olga Marina Franco, a probable illegal alien from Guatemala according U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has been arrested in the death of Jesse Javens, 13, and three other children (including Jesse Javens brother). Franco''s vehicle allegedly ran a stop sign and hit a bus killing the four children near Cottonwood, Minnesota this week.

Like most lying illegal aliens, Franco initially gave authorities a false name--Alianiss Nunez Morales, and told police she was 23 and from Mexico (more lies).

Franco has been charged with four counts of criminal vehicular homicide, driving without a license and a stop sign violation.

[OJJPAC note: How many more deaths of Americans will we have to write about before the Democratic members of Congress (especially the Hispanic caucus members) stop stonewalling U.S. border security and interior enforcement? Our prayers go out to the families of the victims of this horrific crime.]

Update: Jocabed Dominguez-Torres, an illegal alien, recently pleaded guilty to manslaughter and aggravated assault in the death of twenty-year-old Chris Miller in 2007. Jocabed Dominguez-Torres was driving drunk like so many illegals carelessly do, and slammed into a car in which Chris Miller was a passenger. Miller died from his injuries.

Jocabed Dominguez-Torres was sentenced to 10 1/2 years in prison.

3-24-08 Update: Eddie Carbajal-Lile, an illegal alien, was found guilty this week in the death of Paul Watry, 17, of Port Washington, Wisconsin. He will be sentenced May 19, 2008. The status of 18-year-old Scot Mueller and 18-year-old Jillian Fitzmaurice who were also injured in the crash were not reported.

Carbajal-Lile drove his vehicle into the victims and fled the scene of the accident on foot [typical cowardly behavior of illegal aliens]. Carbajal-Lile who was illegally living in the U.S. has previously been convicted of driving without a license and DUI but was never deported. [Why wasn''t he previously deported after his first arrest? Who illegally employed this illegal alien in the U.S.?

Juan Antonio Velazquez, an illegal alien, was arrested in the brutal beating death of Neal Eugene Singer, 35. Velazquez has been arrested previously but was never deported according to news reports.

What the public should be asking is why Velazquez was never reported to ICE and deported after his previous arrests.

3-31-08 Update: Jose Sosa, an illegal alien arrested for the murder of a mother and daughter in April, 2006 will finally go on trial for the double murder. Sosa, who was illegally living in Ashville Tennessee, allegedly stabbed the mother and daughter to death with a knife. [The Roundtrees were unfortunate enough to have Sosa as a next-door neighbor.]

Because Sosa was previously arrested for illegally entering the US, police were able to match fingerprints at the crime scene with Sosa''s existing FBI fingerprint records.

This is one of many example of how local, state and federal politicians and law enforcement are failing to properly secure our borders and weed out the millions of illegal alien criminals living in our communities across the U.S.

I live in a community that is about 80percent Mexican. I am Catholic and I attend Mass every Sunday. Not to do so is a mortal sin.

The percentage of Mexicans in this community that attend the Church is very low. Maybe 1 out of every 4. This can be proved. Every year, my Church is about $150,000 in debt. No money for their Chuches but for 2008 SUVs and fine clothes.

This is not to be critical of every Mexican but to show that every Mexican is not a loyal Catholic. One woman who works at the Church told me that her husband and herself had to make great sacrifices to send their children to the Catholic school. What her husband said should be carved in stone for all to see: "I''d rather drive a junkie car than have junkie children!"

The woman in the first episode will be punished by God for using her child as a instrument against the people of the United States. Children are not to be used as weapons for the greed of the parent.
