First Family To Have Autism-Related Case "Conceded" Is Just One Of Thousands
- I would have preferred Rupaul to Ron Paul, but that an argument for another topic. Interesting point about the Amish, but remember, theirs is a closed society with a smaller gene pool. Once a disease has been eradicated within the community, it has a hard time getting back in. Also, survival of the fittest still applies in such situations.

- Reason for multiple shots, the patents on single shots have run out and there ''aint no cash in them AND they are now working on a multiple of multiples, a vaccination in one shot for all known disease, it''s Mega Bucks and Big Pharma stocks will go thru the roof. Fight''Em !

- There are NO cases of Autism amongst Amish children, they do not have the vaccinations.
rf35, yes it is your business, it is your money because the government are protecting Big Pharma, who on earth do you think is funding all this current election BS, both parties are taking their bucks and they don''t care who wins because they hold the note on each of the crooked contenders. You missed your chance with Ron Paul who would have blown the lobby clean out of Washington. - Reply to this comment
- Unfortunately, the Big Pharma criminal cartel agreed to NOTHING! The government settled the cases, not the vaccine makers. The government paid the claims. That means the American tax-payer paid the unspecified claims.

- Lets put the Polling case into persective. Big Pharma agree that the childs Autism was caused by the vaccines. They needed an Out Of Court Settlement so as not to set a precedent and finally if the tax payer is picking up the bill, blame Reagan who set up the act to Protect Big Pharma. The chickens are coming home to roost, the incestuous behaviour of government agencies including the FDA, politicians and the pharmaceutical corporate criminals is costing lives, crippling the health budget is now becoming known AND there is more to come, the noose is tightening around their crooked necks.

- rf35: The governments paying for what???
Posted by BSA0001
Let''s see...it never said how much the claim against the government was for. Add that to lawyer fees, court costs, etc. Multiply by at least 9 other cases since 1990. That''s a lot of my money. Therefore, I have a stake in this. - Reply to this comment

- rf35: The governments paying for what??? I pay $3000 a month in taxes your *** right I expect them to pay for my daughter ANYTHING that she needs for the rest of her life! You know, most of us can not even get our children insured. Your one of those people, like newster, that does not even have children I''m sure.

- Here in Texas, if a parent does not want their child vaccinated (for any reason, not just medical or religious, etc.) they just fill out a form to be kept in the administration office saying they don''t want their child vaccinated. So for those that don''t want to skip public school for non-vaccination, check with your school policies. I don''t think Texas is the only place you can attend without "required" vaccinations. The "required" part simply allows free vaccination clinics for those that can''t afford them, or allows insurance to pay. For example, the cervical cancer vaccine that was banned from being "required" just means that anyone paying the $400 can get it, but insurance won''t cover it for anyone that can''t afford it.

- rf35 : FYI, it is not a rare disorder. Do research before you post your opinion on something you obviously have no idea about.

It''s very hard watching your precious child suffer. All of these people on here who are criticizing and being so hateful do NOT have a clue about Autism. Why are they even posting any comments, this obviously has nothing to do with them! - Reply to this comment
- I never had more than one shot in any given week as a child. That idea of 5 or 9 or whatever is irresponsible and just plain stupid. Screenings, sure, but how much do they cost and do doctors even know what to look for when it''s such a rare disorder?
I actually agree that kids should NOT be vaccinated. If the diseases people are vaccinated against make a comeback, the population might be reduced to something more sustainable. People could go ahead and have 3 or more kids. Since one or two would likely die of one of those old diseases, it wouldn''t be the problem it is today. Do the planet a favor and DON''T VACCINATE your kids! - Reply to this comment
- 9 shots in one day is too much at one time. I was not happy when they did this to my kids. You risk compounding more than one bad reaction together this way. But, we have to consider the insurance company''s bottom line in all of this. Please consolidate your office visits to serve them properly.

- What equals 9 shots in one day!?! Why would any parent allow a dr. to adminsiter 9 shots of ANYTHING in one day. The dr. should be sued also.
When we were kids they wouldn''t give us a vaccine if we even had the sniffles. Now with the new, improved (yeah, right) FDA EVERYTHING is safe and nothing causes side effects!?
This is criminal. That dr. should have his license taken away (sorry, or her).
Scary...
God bless this poor family.
and to someone who says they''d rather have an autistic child vs. these diseases...you are SICK. Most of these diseases were on there way out long before the vaccine that came along. Do some research.

- added to my last statement: A child who is vaccinated probably wont catch one of those diseses, but having them around a child who is not (and potentially carrying one) can be condsidered a threat to public health.

- Ok all of those out there who refuse to vaccinate there kids, how are you going to provide education? Most public schools today wont allow kids to attend without proof of shots. So...unless you plan to homeschool or send you kid to a school that wont require shots, you people are putting my child at risk of catching of these so called "eradicated dieseses" that are supposedly making a slow comeback. So....anyone want to challege me?

- Anyone posting on here defending vaccinations is either an evil Big Pharma agent or a complete Fruit Cake, whichever, don''t waste your time arguing with them as you can neither placate or insult an idiot.
