Who is really honest?
A judge revoked the $2 million bond Monday for indicted businessman Antoine "Tony" Rezko, who has raised thousands of dollars for Barack Obama and Illinois politicians.
Indicted political fundraiser Antoine "Tony" Rezko leaves Chicago''s federal building in this Oct. 19, 2006, file photo. Rezko, who has poured thousands of dollars into Barack Osama%u2019s political campaigns, was arrested by federal agents Monday, Jan. 28, 2008, after his $2 million bail was revoked. Rezko has pleaded not guilty to charges of fraud, attempted extortion and money laundering, and is scheduled to stand trial Feb. 25.

The votes of the superdelegates should be public. Sunlight is always the best disinfectant. Those who want to thwart the will of the people should be allowed to do so..... and reap the consequences.

I am very proud of Obama! Why because He plans to help and support more than any other president by far third world countries. How, by using our economy to do this. The people in America on our city streets, the people with no hope, the people who cannot afford food week to week, the people who have no housing, the people with large families, the people with no jobs right here in America will sponsor Obama to help people in other countries. This is beyond belief if He was to be elected by people who need the help themselves in which they do not understand that He will give their help away to someone in another country!

In todays technology age, there is not one single reason there is a need for delegates, super delegates, AT ALL. Your vote as an American, means NOTHING under the current system. It all comes down to a few peoples ultimate decision as to who becomes president. Every individual vote in this country should be counted. Using this old system, from the old days, only insures that certain people will be allowed into Government. It all boils down to WHO has the most $$$ to buy there way into the white house, buying up delegates. No State should have more power, no person should have more power. Technology has given us the ability to let every single American everywhere, elect who we the people choose, not who a few people choose. It is time to toss the good old boys system of who gets in and who doesn''t. We have long passed the old days of horse and carrier pigeons. Its no wonder that people don''t want to get out and vote. It doesn''t mean anything.

Do not assume that Obama is the most popular candidate! Remember, not all the states have even had their primaries...many people have not even voted and there is a vast majority of middle class Americans who are going to decide who gets into the White House. The numbers for Obama have been driven up by block voting from the black community, young people, and liberals of the Ted Kennedy ilk. These people will constitute a minority in the general election. The middle class will want a president who is experienced and known. Because the media have not done their job, Obama has not been properly vetted. The Repugs will do so and add some untruths to the mix. We''ll be hearing about McCain''s honesty, his experience, his reliability and how Obama is untested, a neophyte, and possibly a crook with his Rezko ties. They are going to play hard ball...the hardest and Obama is going to come out on the short end. When you add the racial angle to his candidacy, he suddenly doesn''t look so good. None of this is true with Hillary. She is just as experienced, more so, with unique time in the White House itself. She is a ferocious fighter and a seasoned politician. Hillary is the one to beat McCain.

My concern is the course the Super Delegates will take. They had best honor our votes and give their "Super Electoral Votes" to the popular vote of the people. Our voices, our votes, had better be taken seriously or I see a rise in revolt against the Democratic Party, the electoral system, and the politicians that used their votes against our choice.
Should Obama NOT receive the Super Delegates vote if he wins by plurality, I will vote for the Green Party candidate and protest loudly against the obvious lack of honesty with the electoral process.
This should be the last time this "Super Delegate" system is used. We should destroy this illogical monster before it continues to do more harm in future political races.

How would the candidates respond to this:

"Why does the US rely on foreign companies to do census bureau work?" Can''t we even count our own numbers? Surely "Carolina" would be busy enough counting, oh, 1.4 billion people - never mind our puny 300 mil...

I believe all of the "Super Delegates" should recend their vote and remain "Neutral". Let the people decide who they want.
Regardless Obama is ahead in the Popular Vote, in Pledged Delegates, and when you tally the Super Delegates in the equation he''s still ahead.
What ever happens I would like to see CBS and several other credible media outlets post a list of all the Super Delegates and how they voted. Obama, Clinton, or remaining Neutral. OBAMA ''08!
