p5 - You are either deliberately spreading slime about Obama, or very ignorant.

He does put his hand over his heart, and golly, doesn''t wear that made-in-China lapel pin because, uh, perhaps he doesn''t take to the idea of wrapping himself in a flag and carrying a cross, like our current criminals do while they gleefully shred our Constitution and loot the Treasury.

Wow! I''m impressed! I''ve never heard from this lady before.
They''ve got it exactly right about this "fear" business.
The current "occupant of the white house" is totally off the mark when he attempts to bang the "fear" drum. It also illuminates, in large part, who he is and where he''s coming from - as well as what motivates those who support him....

This was on an ABC website:Couldn''t put everything on here but check out the website: http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/story?id=4111483&page=1

If obama thought he MADE "a bone-headed mistake" then why doesn''t he sell his house???? He won''t have another debate with Clinton because he knows she will slam him. Public dont be fooled by his looks. This is our country were talking about. The one he doesn''t want to represent. You know how he doesn''t wear a flag and how he doesn''t do what Americans view as tradition putting your hand over your heart. We already have people burning our flags. Will he do that next and convince the people it doesn''t matter, as long as he wins for President. Come on people. HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT SHE HAS PRIDE IN AMERICA AND PRIDE FOR HER COUNTRY.

In sharp contrast to his tough talk about ethics reform in government, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., approached a well-known Illinois political fixer under active federal investigation, Antoin "Tony" Rezko, for "advice" as he sought to find a way to buy a house shortly after being elected to the United States Senate.

This week, a federal judge in Chicago ordered the Rezko trial to begin Feb. 25.

Obama maintains his relationship with Rezko was
"above board and legal" but has admitted bad judgment, calling his decision to involve Rezko "a bone-headed mistake."

Why did Couric as Michelle Obama about being on the board of Treehouse Foods, whose biggest customer is Walmart?

From the UK Telegraph: "According to the couple''s tax returns, Mrs Obama earned $51,200 (#25,700) for her work as a non-executive director on Treehouse''s board last year, on top of the $271,618 salary she was paid as a vice-president of the University of Chicago Hospitals."

Granted, the Obamas have an explanation for this:
http://www.wherethemoneygoes.com/off_message.htm

"The Harvard University Law School graduate says she''s not cashing in on anyone''s fame. "My income is pretty low compared to my peers," she says, meaning other Harvard Law grads. "You wouldn''t ask that question if, like some people in politics, we had trust funds and were rich....n the question of whether there''s any hypocrisy in his bashing of Wal-Mart while his wife draws pay from a company that does business with the retailer, he says his views on corporate reform and social justice remain the same regardless of what happens at TreeHouse. Until those views are implemented, he says, "Michelle and I have to live in the world and pay taxes and pay for our kids and save for retirement" just like anyone else."

Katie Couric gave more respect to the wife whose running for president. Then she did in her interview with Hillary Clinton whose actually running. What is going on here? Sexist or racist. Is reverse discrimination happening to Hillary. And by the way how can I man who lived half of this life as a Muslim and not in this Country be the answers we need.

The Obamas didn''''t put words about LBJ in Hillary''''s mouth so they didn''''t tell any lies. Please expand if you can.

You''re right, he just sicked Daddy Al and Daddy Jesse to do his dirty work for him! Can''t dirty his own hands with what he really wants done. Reminds me of Bush!

Barack Obama, D-Ill., approached a well-known Illinois political fixer under active federal investigation, Antoin "Tony" Rezko, for "advice" as he sought to find a way to buy a house shortly after being elected to the United States Senate.
The parcel included an adjacent lot which Obama told the Chicago Tribune he could not afford because "it was already a stretch to buy the house."
On the same day Obama closed on his house, Rezko''s wife bought the adjacent empty lot, meeting the condition of the seller who wanted to sell both properties at the same time.

Rezko''s behind-the-scenes connection in the Obama house deal became public as Rezko revealed personal financial details as he sought to post bail.
