Ron Paul is another republican deceiver. A good look at his agenda as well destroys a strong middle class, the very thing that built a stronger United States protecting it from being sacked due to the great republican depression and the following world war.

If republicans had been in control during the great depression and WWII, the United States would have been destroyed.

Being an Independent I am not pleased with what our congress has or is doing. I''m not blind that the Repubs have blocked what may have been progress and come election time, the Repubs will lose a great many more seats I hope. Not that I am pleased with the Dems either. I wish I had the simple answer but it isn''t that simple. The majority of the country continues to take a "hands-off" approach; not wanting to stand up for themselves and their kids. Too bad...We need to start fresh, new leaders et all. This 2008 General Election will be the perfect time with most reps and sens up for relection. We''ll see!

More republicans and incumbents in general need to be removed before change can begin to occur. A huge global corporate aristocracy quite well funded is quite present and capable of bribing and appointing "elected" officials at present and will require much more opposition than a slim majority of weak and as well affected by Washington corruption democratic congress. Republicans and right wing bullying are destroying the founding principles of this country. Anti-social right wing parasites are sucking the life out of the United States.
