The following has been the NeoCon strategy since day one:

We shall scare the people with fake terror-alerts, fake WMDs, and mushroom clouds.

We shall lie our way into the needless Invasion.

We shall kill whoever gets in our way.

It doesn''''t matter how many hundreds of thousands must die.

We shall declare victory over the crushed people and devastated cities. Their blood will be quietly swept under the rug as the media hails our triumph.

And the oil will still be there at the end of the struggle for our corporations to exploit.

-----

Like the good Christian citizens of Nazi Germany, most Americans buy the same propaganda, ignore the horrors in front of their eyes, wave the flag, and give even more loyalty and power to their triumphant leaders.

THE GOP-LED CONGRESS had only a 26% approval rating in 2006 just before the Dems took over.

Change doesnt happen overnight even in America.

Yes, they delivered a bunch of empty promises and political rhetoric (which no doubt cost American lives in Iraq and Afgagastan.) Thank you liberal, bedwetting democrats!

Correct me if I am wrong, but Bush was the one who lead the charge into Iraq before they finished the job in Afganistan. In fact, there was some criticism of the Bush administration for rushing into the invasion. The question is how did the so called liberal democrats cause the loss of life in either of these operations?

I fail to see a connection.

Please explain your point.

And the DEM-o-CRAPS took it down to 11%.....the lowest in the history of record keeping. Thanks to obstructionists Pelosi & Reid.

Shades of Christmas future? Perhaps so!

The Bu$hCongress wants nothing to do with change. When pocket cash is king, and defense contractors are supplying truckloads of the green stuff, no one wants it to end. Why would they?

Let us not forget that Congress took a LOT of damage in the 2002 and 2004 elections. 2006 was a welcome relief but Dem majorities are way too slim to overcome lockstep robovote Republicans, let alone bonehead vetos. Mostly, Dems can prevent more Republican RBIs (really bad ideas) from railroading thru, but not much beyond that.

Sadly, voters have historically been slow to punish Congressmen for doing the wrong things, but quick to punish for trying to do the right things. I am not so happy with their backbones either, but more Dems in Congress as well as the White House is clearly the fix.

This congress promised much and delivered little, event the accomplishments they said they achieved were too insignificant- the raise in the minimum wage and child''s health care. The big issues- the War in Iraq the Democratic Cognress rolled over like lapdogs to Bush, On Impeachment- Nancy Pelosi is afraid to tackle it- On indictments of perjury for ALberto Gonzalez and now the CIA Director, Michael Hayden- Count on this congress to ignore them and let them off the hook- This Congress should be known as the House of Reprehensables!

Will Congress ever do anything? Not unless it helps them first, they won''''t. Remember, "Me first, you second or more down the list.

Yep, usually the first order of business of each new congress, is to vote themselves a payraise.

For as lame as Pelosi and Reid are, the real villain is the Repug Senators like Tom Coburn from OK. The WSJ reported that he had a hand in killing or watering down 80 bills this year. Essentially, the Repug strategy is to block as much progress as possible in the Senate, then run against a do-nothing congress.

Good luck GOP, defending 22 senate seats while the dems only have to defend 12, especially with GOP fundraising in the toilet or going to Ron Paul.

When there are 58 Dem Senators and a Dem president, the country will finally get moving again, even with limp-**cks Reid and pelosi.

Blaming congress for the Kings` failed policies is like blaming your hammer after you bend a nail.
Change WILL Come ,After the 2008 elections,..The GOPigs will be buried in their own mud.
