Magazine: The CIA Used Techniques Equivalent To Torture While Interrogating 9/11 Mastermind
- Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, the operational leader who plotted the whole thing out. I'm supposed to feel bad that he got roughed up a little bit? Are you kidding me? A suitable punishment for him would have been a public hanging at the site of where the Twin Towers used to be. Guilty of conspiracy to commit the murder of almost 3,000 people.

- It is getting a bit fuzzy around the edges as to who the "terrorists" are...

- You people need to be waterboarded a few times to see if it's torture or not.

- It might be phsycological warfare, but it isn't torture. In medeaval times persons were broken in body and mind. That was torture.
KSM and every other of these people so questioned are instead left capable of performing every act and retaining every skill they ever had.
If they could play the piano, they still can. If they can plot, manufacture bombs, or commit murder, they still have that ability.
Sleep deprivation, loneliness, and water boarding are not torture. They cause no great pain nor any humiliation. Those practices have saved American lives by the tens of thousands, yet we still have whiners complaining about these killers being discomforted . - Reply to this comment
