And, why can't the government use all that "evidence" the CIA claims to have collected from those "high value detainees"?
The CIA should be disbanded, it is nothing more than a front organization for ExxonMobil and other war profiteers.

John McCain was held prisoner during the Viet Nam war, and he was tortured. Do I think that was right? Hell no. . . . but looking at it from their side, they were proud to torture those who were bombing their cities and killing their country men.

- Anyone who understands interrogation techniques KNOWS that in the right 'conditions' anyone will tell you everything they know within 3 1/2 days of interogation being started! And that is using non physical intervention! Throw in 'the anything goes' concept and the interogators who are focused on hearing what justifies the torture itself will hear exactly that!
People seem to agree that anyone involved in real terrorism deserves what they get- but what happens to the unlucky *** that gets picked up because someone made a simple and unsubstantiated allegation! CIA say this isnt what happens!
Hope not because there are NO apparent DUE PROCESS checks and balances in place to prevent this from happening TO YOU!
Think about it! A person charged with injuring an animal in Santa Fe would stand better federal and state protection procedures than someone we 'think' is a terrorist! In what definition of 'justice' does anyone condone holding a person uncharged for years? held in foreign countries to simply avoid domestic entrenched rights and protection?

I remember the people jumping out of the twin towers, I remmember the family members looking for their loved ones. I remember. I say without reserves that if at that moment this monster had been given to the people that were wondering on the streets of manhatan looking for their loved ones, at told "this is the master mind of this horror" we all would have done street justice. I just enjoy every one of tortures he suffered. They are nothing compare to what we suffered.

- The administration has to take the fault for this. The CIA must have known that there would be no consequences to their torture methods.
I refer to Senator McCain who was tortured during the Vietnam War. He opposes torture on a number of grounds including the fact that someone undergoing torture will say anything to stop the pain. In 1502, the Templar Knights were arrested by the King of France. Under torture, they confessed to barbaric rites and unnatural sexual acts with one another. Even the Grand Master had to confess to such acts under torture.
