Very Simple...Put the word out that if you are caught as a member of a gang, you will go Leavenworth for LIFE...If you murdered someone, you will be Executed by a Firing Squad. What is the Problem People?...There IS NO Problem when the RIGHT CONSEQUENCES are put in place.

I cannot believe that the Army is willing to completely ignore and deny the possibility of this especially when an individual was killed in a gang initiation in Germany after being discharged just a few days ago. This General that is making this careless statement needs to set aside his arrogance and take this threat as seriously as the threat of terrorism to this country.
