- More than 10% of Canadians Do Not Believe Pedophilia Immoral
By Gudrun Schultz and John-Henry Westen
MONTREAL, Quebec, June 12, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Leger Marketing conducted a telephone poll of 1,508 Canadian adults between April 17 and April 23. The poll results, with a margin of error of 12.6 percentage points, 19 times out of 20, have found that an alarming 11% of Canadians do not consider pedophilia immoral.
The question was in no way slanted. Respondents were asked: "Do you consider the following behaviour as immoral?" and to "pedophilia" 81% responded 'yes', 11% 'no', and 8% did not know or refused to respond.

And Svend Robinson a member of your Parliament

But flip the answer around, and we find a far more disturbing statistic. If 81% of Canadians think pedophilia is immoral, then 19% of Canadians either refused to answer or believe that pedophilia is, in fact, a moral behaviour. A good behaviour. One that should not be judged by society.

"Maybe erasmus is forgetting that Quebec has voted to secede from canada (or was it canada from Quebec?)
You really should get your facts straight before you start blathering. For starters how would I forget something like that, if that were to have happened and it hasn't. - Reply to this comment
- We have "freedom of the press" but our press does not feel the need to stalk people, to kill each other in trying to get a story, or to blab to the whole frickin' world every detail of our business.

The Canadian press Grabs the blaring (glaring) headlines from their southern neighbor and performs a smoke and mirrors dance for their readers that makes them look like tha "Garden of Eden" and misdirects the focus of their attention from internal to external news.
sounds good to me, radio, how bout you? - Reply to this comment

"We should go easy on her you know women can't take being ganged up on. ('specially the Canadian ones)"
I'm thinking you should go Mangle your Tool.:)
I don't know what your women are like but here in Canada it takes a lot more than being ganged up on to get us. And we in Canada don't need to resort to guns to protect ourselves. - Reply to this comment

And I am not, by any means, the only person berating your country. There are many more.
Also I do NOT criticize ANYONE about their grammar or spelling UNLESS they have criticized someone else. - Reply to this comment
