I've read through all of the comments, and I think you're missing the point. These are special needs children. In news footage of these middle eastern countries over the past 30 years, I don't remember seeing anyone in a wheelchair, blind, or with downs syndrome. Is it part of their culture to dispose of special needs children?

Yes, bush caused this to happen
Worth repeating.

Is that all the motivation it takes for you to back a lie?

Why dont you detail exactly what Bush did that made these people neglect these kids?

The Bush War is the number 1 cause of death in Iraq and therefore the Nr.1 cause for children being left without parents.

Yes, bush caused this to happen. It's one of the "un-planned for" things that happen, like insurgencies, civil wars - when you declare war on a country that had nothing to do with 911 or Al-Qaeda or terrorism or WMD.

I am disappointed that CBS News has not included the footage of Lara Logan's interview with the extremely good-looking soldier in the internet video for this story. This footage was shown on the TV broadcast.

I completely agree with you except for one thing. This war has made Bush, Cheney, Halliburton, and the rest of Dubya's posse millions!

Where did you find that information; I'd like to see it myself?

. The tragedy of these children is a direct result of Bush and his policies.

Why dont you document exactly how Bush caused the caretakers at this orphage to neglect these children "einstein"?

OK fellow patriots, I have to go now.

You mean run?

Your no patriot, more or less, in the region of a coward, lashing out with lies, and running away from the truth.

The people caring for these children has the money, the food, the clothes, to care for them. Its a good probability that they were sold to help outfit AQ with Iranian arms and explosives, or to pay costs to train Orthodox Shiite or Sunni's from Egypt, Arabia, or Syria to fight.

Bush had nothing to do with these criminals. Just like you have nothing to do with the truth....

and remember early in the war when U.S. marines liberated a children's prison in Northeast Baghdad. The report said that 100 to 150 children poured out of the unlocked prison gates and swarmed around their marine liberators.
I guess those were 'bush's fault' as well. I have no love for Mr. Bush, but people need to have a reality check. This is the culture of the people we are at war against
