- Is this another round of male bashing on its way by a bunch of narcissistic self centered jerks? Why is it that to build one group up we trash another, a typical win/loss strategy.
By the way it has been shown in numerous studies if you look strictly at career men vs. career women, women make 101% as much as their male counterparts. The reason is, is that many women lose money because they leave the workforce and change jobs much more frequently then men. Also it%u2019s not women%u2019s wages that are being raised its men%u2019s wages that are being lowered so that we are both being paid poorly! So stop being pawns in a CEO%u2019s game that makes 500 times more then both of us. - Reply to this comment
- I looked on their website and it looks as if you have to be a student or graduate of certain colleges. I have been looking for employment, I have an associates degree and working on my bachelors. I have a pretty good working history, but found that I don't qualify for many jobs in today's world. I am totally confused as to what employers are looking for? Someone with experience or just a degree.

- I wondered if it would be possible to get advice from Ms. Hanson on how I can reenter the workforce. I have exhausted nearly every avenue I can think of. I left the work world about 10 years ago due to health issues. Now, at age 50, I am looking to find employment that will provide some flexibility due to my health. I have 20 years of high level administrative experience (with large corporations as well as government agencies). My education includes a degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational behavior. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

- I was so energized by you when I saw you interviewed by Katie last night Janet. I am very anxious to "move on" in my career. I've owned a cosmetic studio for 8+ years and am looking to get out of retail. I love colors, makeup and fasion trends. I also have a very strong administrative background, but I also have a dream that keeps resurfacing in my daily thoughts. I would love to talk to you; I'm sure you could help me get to the next level and feel successful in loving what I do. You are such an inspiration to ALL women - truly in the right place at the right time!

- Women are truely superior. Why have men dominated for so long? I will not present who I work for because I do not want reprisals. However, any woman that comes to me will get the job over any man. I hire a few men, but I make sure they do not surpass my male counterparts. Its time to get tough ladies. Lets take what is rightfully ours!!!

- I have been a Hair Designer for 30 years and I love my career! Unfortunately I am looking for a new position because of getting divorced after 24 years of marriage and raising three children.
The Hair Salon in the area where my clients are, do not carry health insurance. To carry a policy of my own would be to expensive
I can't afford to go back to school right now, but I feel qualified for a lot of different positions. The fact that I don't have a College degree keeps employers from even looking at my resume! HELP!!! Do you have any advice ?

- Although I do not have a college degree, I do have some college background. Hopefully, this will not keep me from being mentored by Ms. Hanson. I've been talking about going into the import/export business for years. In fact, I made an attempt at it some years ago with an on-line business. Please help. Thanks.
