- Also my mother became a small vendor, she died with bladder and kidney cancer,. Never smoked never drank, a very healthy Registered Nurse with the State Of Fla. She did not show any symptoms. Till it was to late Stated her doctor. She found out she had cancer in Feb 27, June 20 were buried her. A very quick hard death. The effects of the Toxic Chemicals in the CRTS (monitors). The Federal Prison stated that they wanted to recycle all obsolete old material. {even the material from Dessert Storm} This stuff had sat on the air strips for years, Contaminated They said that it was safe,. (my hind foot)

- Please, listen Folks do not get angry at the res ponders, If it was your loved one there, I believe that you would be thinking God that they cared enough to put their life in jeopardy for your loved one. And secondly think of all the computers that was in every small cubical, What is in the make up of the computer monitors, Arsenic, cadmium, barium, mercury,ect. This Toxic Dust is the same dust that we have contended with inside the Federal prison (1994 for Years) that has caused sickness and death to staff,inmates,vendors (CRTS)

Read under Freda Cobb.com,Progressive Magazine.org computer recycling, or the OIG Report from the Department of Justice (computer recycling), the government knows what is in the Toxic Dust since 1994 and they told us that it was safe. Look at the health of our loved ones and our own medical records. we can prove it. We are to report to Federal Courts in Atlanta In 10 days. Finally to get the truth of the cover up concerning the affects that the toxic chemicals has had on us. No breathing protection,no handling equipment, No EPA, or OSHA rules were ever put in place, even though there was complaints oral and written, it was not taken serious. - also, in continuation to my previous comment, we should of course include the first responders with cancer due to the 9/11 hazard field for financhial help in paying thier medical bills. not doing so could set up a possible injury suit due to the stress they undoubtably are under from the financhial burden let alone dealing with the cancer. if it were up to me we would find a way to take care of everyone and a job for everyone who can work, I may be disabled but I can make beaded necklaces and earings to sell. Thats something anyway!

- we should have all our fireman wear gas masks while working at a scene of a collapse or fire or bomb so as to protect them from breathing in toxic substances to breathe in cement powder and smoke they are likely to get sick and cancer would be a risk! and they should carry replacement filters at all times so if necissary they can change it out quickly also maybe wearing tanks with compressed air. treating the hazardous air as deadly as an underwater environment!

- I totally agree with Repigssuck. Christine Todd Whitman is guilty of murder. As far as Rudy Giuliani, it's really disgraceful that he will be trumpeting his heroism at 9/11 while letting Whitmen kill his own first responders. This negligence is a disgrace. It is also proof that the GOP is unfit to govern this country.

- good lord ,will you guys stop this! theres no proof at all that 9/11 caused this. how many billions did the tax payers have to shell out??? is that what your leading up to? I am sick of it, get over it. all kinds of people spend their lives around hazardous environments. they signed up as fire fighters, its their job.....get over it.
